Thankfully the diagnosis is pinched nerve.  That's so much better than something being torn.  I guess the posture on my bike, the uphill portion of my hike, a weak core and sitting at a desk all combined to aggrevate the nerve.  Prescription: no running, no road biking, no bending forward without bended knees (harder than you think), and some core building exercises.  Fingers crossed I can return to regular exercise soon!

  1. For how long?!? Hang tough, Laura! I'll meet you for some or a lot of core exercises. It's the 'core' of a lot of my issues too! :)
